At Feeling Madeira, we are delighted to offer a convenient pick-up service from major hotels located in Funchal city centre and the city's main tourist area, helping you enjoy a smooth and comfortable start to your Madeira adventure.

Please kindly note that, due to pedestrian zones, narrow historic streets, and certain access restrictions, direct pick-up may not be possible at all accommodation locations.

If your accommodation is outside our designated pick-up area or in a location with restricted access, there's no need to worry! Simply share your full accommodation address with us, and our team will be happy to help you find the most convenient meeting point in Funchal.

Alternatively, you are very welcome to choose whichever of our designated meeting points listed below works best for you.

• Please note that pick-ups are available within Funchal city centre and the main tourist hotel area
  Some areas, including pedestrian zones, historic streets in Funchal, and locations with restricted access for the type of transport we use, may not be suitable for direct pick-up
  If your accommodation is located outside our pick-up area or in a restricted-access zone, please provide us with your full accommodation address so that we can direct you to the nearest available meeting point in Funchal

• Our activities are usually operated in groups of around 16 participants. However, during peak seasons, the type of transport may be adjusted and the number of participants per group may increase, depending on availability and logistical requirements

• To ensure a smooth start to our experience and make the most of our time together, we kindly ask you to be at the indicated meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Please also note that, due to local traffic conditions and the sequence of pick-ups, our guide may arrive up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If our guide passes by the meeting point at the scheduled time and you are not there, unfortunately, it will not be possible to wait, as this could affect the schedule of the other participants. In this case, you may make your own way to the first scheduled stop on the itinerary and meet the group there.
